Emma Ringland is a collaborative leader and advisor, experienced in guiding teams to deliver strategic outcomes through change and complexity. Building on her legal career in Australia and the UK, Emma is a purposeful communicator and relationship-builder, demonstrating commercial acumen and mental and operational agility in senior management roles in the banking and energy sectors.

 

Emma is passionate about solving complex problems for the “here and now” and the future and is excited to be sharing her unique skillset with River City Voices to help it realise its vision for Western Sydney.  She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Hons 1) from the University of Sydney.
